Ingredients
  

  • 2 bagels sliced
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 sausage patties
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheese such as cheddar, American, or Swiss
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter or cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy or the sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  • Prepare the Eggs: In the same skillet, melt a little butter or add cooking oil. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, whether scrambled, fried, or poached.
  • Assemble the Sandwiches: Toast the bagel halves until lightly golden. Place a slice of cheese on each bottom half of the bagel. Top with cooked bacon or sausage, followed by the cooked eggs. Add any optional toppings such as sliced tomatoes, avocado, or spinach.
