Marshmallow Fruit Dip
- Whipped Cream Cheese you can use a low-fat cream cheese or you can also use a flavored mix berry cream cheese.
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt You can also use plain yogurt or a fruit-based yogurt if you want a more fruit-forward dip.
- Powdered sugar
- Marshmallow Crème a sweet and fluffy marshmallow spread that adds sweetness to the dip.

How to Make Fruit Skewers with Fruit Dip
- Cut kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe, and strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the fruit onto bamboo skewers: 2 grapes, 2 blueberries, 1 piece of kiwi, 1 cube of pineapple, 1 cube of cantaloupe, and 1 strawberry, and repeat on 12 skewers.
- In a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, Greek yogurt, and marshmallow crème for about 2-3 minutes.
- Place the dip and fruit in the fridge until you’re ready to use them.
Recipe Tips
- Choose fresh and ripe fruits If you are able to choose the fruits that are in season and have a nice bright color for your kabobs, this is perfect.
- Chill the dip before serving Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend and the dip to thicken.
- Vanilla if you’re wanting a little stronger vanilla flavor you can add 1/4 tsp of pure vanilla
